For this reason, we will now detail the preventive measures adopted by TIPSA in order to face the different scenarios arising from the COVID-19 or coronavirus health alert.
And of course, based on the guidelines issued by the Health Authorities and the Government of the country.

Coronavirus Action Plan

We have a CONTINGENCY, BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND EMERGENCY PLAN.
(Updated as of February 28).
This plan details the measures that we have applied in the face of the coronavirus in order to maintain our normal activity.
This plan contemplates, as one of its basic rules and as far as possible, to ensure the protection of all our workers messengers valencia.

The objective is to minimize for them the risks inherent in the daily processes of our usual activity.

Responsibility

In order to coordinate, on a daily basis, the heads of the different areas of our company, an EMERGENCY COMMITTEE made up of TIPSA’s management members has been set up.
In this daily process there will be a follow-up, coordinated by the Quality and Personnel departments, of possible contagions and/or isolations that may occur in the TIPSA Network.
Simultaneously, the different situations of Service and Communication with customers that may arise from the restrictions and orders sent by the different administrations will also be evaluated on a daily basis.

Hygiene measures and recommendations against the coronavirus have been established in all work areas of the Central Offices and Platforms.
Production shifts have been diversified, with alternative plans, and external meetings have been cancelled, enabling the strictly necessary ones.

From the Commercial, Operations and Customer Service departments, we will maintain a punctual contact for the coordination of the activity of our clients, remaining at their disposal to guide and clarify doubts or queries.
We are acting with the utmost responsibility, confident that all our customers will understand that we are facing a completely exceptional situation.
