Coronavirus Action Plan<\/h2>\n

We have a CONTINGENCY, BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND EMERGENCY PLAN.
\n(Updated as of February 28).
\nThis plan details the measures that we have applied in the face of the coronavirus in order to maintain our normal activity.
\nThis plan contemplates, as one of its basic rules and as far as possible, to ensure the protection of all our workers messengers valencia.

In order to coordinate, on a daily basis, the heads of the different areas of our company, an EMERGENCY COMMITTEE made up of TIPSA’s management members has been set up.
\nIn this daily process there will be a follow-up, coordinated by the Quality and Personnel departments, of possible contagions and\/or isolations that may occur in the TIPSA Network.
\nSimultaneously, the different situations of Service and Communication with customers that may arise from the restrictions and orders sent by the different administrations will also be evaluated on a daily basis. <\/p>\n

Hygiene measures and recommendations against the coronavirus have been established in all work areas of the Central Offices and Platforms.
\nProduction shifts have been diversified, with alternative plans, and external meetings have been cancelled, enabling the strictly necessary ones.

\nIn a scenario of temporary closure of one of our platforms as a result of contagion of its personnel and\/or by decision of the competent authorities, the goods will be diverted to other alternative HUBs of our Network. <\/p>\n

Communication<\/h2>\n

We will maintain an active and updated communication with our customers, informing them as new developments occur and from the different areas of the company.
\nFrom the Commercial, Operations and Customer Service departments, we will maintain a punctual contact for the coordination of the activity of our clients, remaining at their disposal to guide and clarify doubts or queries.
\nWe are acting with the utmost responsibility, confident that all our customers will understand that we are facing a completely exceptional situation.
