\nThe new 14,000 m2 facility is located in the Cheste Circuit Business Park and will complete this environmental complex where international companies such as Lidl, VGP and Logicor have their headquarters.
\nLuis Fr\u00edas, CEO of Asmen, was also present at the visit to the logistics center, which will be inaugurated between October and November next year.

This new logistics facility will also be a benchmark for its sustainability values, as the Cheste Circuit Business Park is the first private initiative logistics park with certified sustainability (GBCe green certificate). In addition, the facility will have solar panels that will enable energy self-sufficiency. As part of the collaboration agreement between Asmen and the national operator Tipsa, the new platform will become the regional center of Tipsa’s parcel network in the Valencian Community. The warehouse will be equipped with 6 loading bays for trailers and 6 for light vehicles.
